Actually I am not crazy about using phones now. While many children did and parents were worried, I was so interested in phones before. I used my mobile phone even when I was at the dining table. I couldn’t leave my phone at all.

As the time passing, I started not to play phone games. Because I want to save my time and have lost interest in it. I began to know how impolite it is to play phones when having meals and what a mobile phone was for.

Overall, I don’t think it is true that we use our phones too much. It depends on how to use them. Just take it easy and we’ll find how to achieve a balance.
